This site is information
Nothing here is an offer, a quotation or a commitment to deliver a particular capability on a particular date. Scoping produces those, in writing, against your own systems.
For the website. The product has its own agreement.
These terms cover reading this website. They are not the terms Muono is sold under. A deployment is governed by a written agreement between your organisation and the entity that signs it, and where the two ever disagree, that agreement wins.
Nothing here is an offer, a quotation or a commitment to deliver a particular capability on a particular date. Scoping produces those, in writing, against your own systems.
Readings, tag numbers and values shown in the diagrams and 3D scenes come from a demonstration model. They illustrate how a figure is built and where it comes from. They are not measurements from any operating plant and should not be relied on as one.
Where a results table shows a dash, that is because no pilot has closed a baseline yet. We do not fill those cells with an industry average or another operator's number. When there is a measured result it will appear there with the method beside it.
We describe roadmap work as roadmap on the page it appears on, and we state our certification position plainly rather than implying one. If you find a claim on this site that overstates what the product does today, tell us and we will correct the page.
The text, diagrams, 3D scenes and code on this site belong to us. Read it, quote it, and send it to your OT reviewer, which is what several of these pages were written for. Do not republish it as your own or use it to train a model.
The site is offered as it is. We do not guarantee it is reachable at any given moment, and pages change as the product does. An older revision of a security clause is not binding once the clause has been updated.
Where we cite a regulator, an audit or a public tracker, we link or name the source so you can check it yourself. We do not control those sources and we are not responsible for what they publish.
The contact page reaches a person rather than a queue, and a security review goes straight to whoever owns that specification. Anything contractual should be in writing. The entity that would sign the agreement, with its registered address and company number, is named in the pilot document before anyone signs anything.
If your legal team wants the contract terms rather than the site terms, ask on the first call and we will send them.
