Privacy

The website. The product has its own agreement.
Purpose

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

Two different things get called privacy in industrial software. One is what this website does with your details, which is the subject of this page and amounts to very little. The other is what happens to your plant data under a deployment, which is covered by the security specification and by the agreement you sign. This page does not govern that.

What this site collects

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, work email, company, role, sector, the unit you named and the question you asked. The page you sent it from is recorded alongside it so we know which part of the site prompted the enquiry.

The form, nothing else

No cookies, no analytics

There is no analytics script on this site, no advertising pixel and no third-party tag. Nothing is set in your browser to follow you between pages or between visits. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to ask you about.

What we do with it

We read it and reply. Enquiries are not sold, shared with a data broker, or added to a bought marketing list. If you asked for a security review it goes to the person who owns that specification, and no further.

Read it, reply to it

Where it is held

In our own database, on infrastructure we run, along with the site's page content. Server logs from our hosting provider record ordinary request data such as IP address and are kept on that provider's standard schedule.

Our database our infrastructure

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the enquiry is clearly dead and we clear it out. There is no fixed retention clock on an industrial enquiry because a scoping conversation can restart a year after it stopped.

Until you say otherwise

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send that through the contact page and we will do it. This applies whether you are asking under the UK or EU GDPR, under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, or simply because you would rather we did not have it.

Ask, and it is done

Plant data is a different question

Nothing about a deployment is covered here. Where your operational data sits, what reaches it, how long it is kept and how it comes back to you on exit are set out in the security specification and fixed in the agreement.

If you want us to delete something, just ask.

Ask through the contact page. We do not need a reference number, a case, or any reason beyond not wanting us to have it.
